eAudit is a workplace application published by DigitX MMC. It is used by the staff of an organisation to carry out field inspections, record what they find and send the result to that organisation's own server. There is no public sign-up: an account is issued by the employer.
What the app handles
- Your account. The user name you sign in with, and a session token the server issues in return.
- Inspection content. The inspection type, location and date you choose, your answer to each question, and any additional notes you write.
- Corrective actions. The description, deadline and priority you enter, and the colleague you name as responsible. That person's name comes from a list the server provides for the chosen inspection type and location.
- Photographs. Pictures you take with the camera or choose from your photo library and attach to an action or a form.
- Your interface language. Stored on the device only.
What stays on the device
eAudit is built to work without a connection, so everything above is written to storage on the phone first. Photographs are kept in the app's own directory and are excluded from device backups. The session token is held in the system keychain (iOS) or in encrypted preferences (Android), tied to that device, and never included in a backup. Removing the app removes all of it.
What is sent, and where
When you submit an inspection or a form, the app sends the content listed
above, together with the attached photographs, to the server operated for your
employer at digitx.az over an encrypted connection. Nothing is sent
anywhere else. The server produces a PDF report of the submitted inspection and
may e-mail it to the colleague named as responsible for a corrective action.
Camera and photo library
The camera is opened only when you tap to take a picture, and the photo library is read only when you pick a picture yourself. The app does not browse your library, and it takes nothing you have not chosen.
What the app does not do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifier.
- No analytics, crash reporting or usage tracking.
- No third-party SDKs, no social networks, no payment providers.
- No tracking of you across other companies' apps or websites.
- No location data, contacts, calendar, microphone or health data.
- Nothing is sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Keeping and deleting data
Work you have not yet submitted stays on your device until you send it or delete it. Deleting the app removes everything the app stored locally. Records already on the server are kept according to your employer's own rules; to have them corrected or removed, contact your employer, or write to us at the address below and we will pass the request on.
Security
Traffic between the app and the server is encrypted in transit. The session token never leaves the device it was issued on. Access to the server data is controlled by your employer.
Children
eAudit is a tool for employees and is not directed at children. Accounts are issued only to staff.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date at the top.

eAudit — DigitX MMC tərəfindən dərc olunan iş proqramıdır. Təşkilatın əməkdaşları onunla sahə yoxlamaları aparır, aşkar etdiklərini qeyd edir və nəticəni həmin təşkilatın öz serverinə göndərir. Açıq qeydiyyat yoxdur: hesabı işəgötürən verir.
Proqram hansı məlumatlarla işləyir
- Hesabınız. Daxil olduğunuz istifadəçi adı və serverin cavab olaraq verdiyi sessiya nişanı.
- Yoxlamanın məzmunu. Seçdiyiniz yoxlama növü, ərazi və tarix, hər suala verdiyiniz cavab və yazdığınız əlavə qeydlər.
- Düzəldici tədbirlər. Daxil etdiyiniz təsvir, icra müddəti, prioritet və məsul şəxs kimi göstərdiyiniz həmkarınız. Həmin şəxsin adı seçilmiş yoxlama növü və ərazi üçün serverin verdiyi siyahıdan gəlir.
- Şəkillər. Kamera ilə çəkdiyiniz və ya qalereyadan seçdiyiniz, tədbirə yaxud formaya əlavə etdiyiniz şəkillər.
- İnterfeys dili. Yalnız cihazda saxlanılır.
Cihazda nə qalır
eAudit əlaqəsiz işləmək üçün qurulub, ona görə yuxarıdakıların hamısı əvvəlcə telefonun yaddaşına yazılır. Şəkillər proqramın öz qovluğunda saxlanılır və ehtiyat nüsxəyə düşmür. Sessiya nişanı sistem açar dəstəsində (iOS) və ya şifrələnmiş parametrlərdə (Android) həmin cihaza bağlı şəkildə saxlanılır və heç vaxt ehtiyat nüsxəyə daxil edilmir. Proqramı silmək bunların hamısını silir.
Nə göndərilir və hara
Yoxlamanı və ya formanı göndərdiyiniz zaman proqram yuxarıda sadalanan
məzmunu və əlavə etdiyiniz şəkilləri işəgötürəniniz üçün işləyən
digitx.az serverinə şifrələnmiş bağlantı ilə göndərir. Başqa heç
yerə heç nə göndərilmir. Server göndərilmiş yoxlama üzrə PDF hesabatı yaradır
və düzəldici tədbirə məsul göstərilən həmkarınıza e-poçtla göndərə bilər.
Kamera və qalereya
Kamera yalnız siz şəkil çəkmək üçün toxunduqda açılır, qalereya isə yalnız siz özünüz şəkil seçdikdə oxunur. Proqram qalereyanıza baxmır və seçmədiyiniz heç nəyi götürmür.
Proqram nə etmir
- Reklam yoxdur, reklam identifikatoru yoxdur.
- Analitika, qəza hesabatı və istifadə izləməsi yoxdur.
- Üçüncü tərəf SDK-ları, sosial şəbəkələr, ödəniş sistemləri yoxdur.
- Sizi başqa şirkətlərin proqram və saytlarında izləmir.
- Məkan, kontaktlar, təqvim, mikrofon və sağlamlıq məlumatları toplanmır.
- Heç nə satılmır və üçüncü tərəflərə öz məqsədləri üçün verilmir.
Saxlanma və silinmə
Hələ göndərmədiyiniz iş siz onu göndərənə və ya silənə qədər cihazınızda qalır. Proqramı silmək yerli saxlanan hər şeyi silir. Artıq serverdə olan qeydlər işəgötürəninizin qaydalarına uyğun saxlanılır; onların düzəldilməsi və ya silinməsi üçün işəgötürəninizə müraciət edin, yaxud aşağıdakı ünvana yazın, biz sorğunu ötürərik.
Təhlükəsizlik
Proqramla server arasındakı trafik ötürülmə zamanı şifrələnir. Sessiya nişanı verildiyi cihazdan kənara çıxmır. Server məlumatlarına girişi işəgötürəniniz idarə edir.
Uşaqlar
eAudit əməkdaşlar üçün nəzərdə tutulub və uşaqlara ünvanlanmayıb. Hesab yalnız işçilərə verilir.
